Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return your watch for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The watch must be in as-new condition
- Original packaging included
- Return postage is at your cost
Engraved casebacks If you’ve had your caseback engraved, we will still accept the return however a $30 fee applies to cover the custom work.
Faulty or damaged items If your watch arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at your preference.
